USM COVID-19 Emergency Fund for Students

This operating fund is established to provide emergency financial assistance for students across the USM who have been affected by the global COVID-19 pandemic. Funds will be distributed to campuses to use according to their policies and procedures.

This fund will help students with needs such as transportation, food, and housing and any other resources they may need in order to continue their education in these unprecedented times.

If you prefer to give by stock transfer or other means, please contact the business office by emailing usmf-business-support@usmd.edu.

If you would like to send a check, please make it payable to the USM Foundation, write “student emergency fund” on the memo line, and mail it to 3300 Metzerott Rd, Adelphi, MD 20783. Please be aware that there may be some delay in processing your gift due to Maryland’s stay-at-home orders.
