Vladimir has been with the University System of Maryland since 1999. He is responsible for the strategic planning and coordination of advancement information technology for ten institutions. Vladimir holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Truman State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland at College Park.
