Roy joined the University System of Maryland in 2010 as Senior Executive Accountant. Prior to joining the Foundation, he worked for the Washington Redskins. Roy received a B.S. in Business Administration from James Madison University.
In his spare time, Roy coaches youth baseball and basketball.
