Robert Neall, former Secretary, Maryland Department of Health (2018 – 2020); Senior Advisor to Maryland Governor Larry Hogan and Director of the Governor’s Office of Transformation and Renewal (2016 – 2018); board member Medical Mutual Insurance Society of Maryland (2005-present); Chief Executive Officer Priority Partners Managed Care Organization (2004-2016); past Chairman Maryland Higher Education Labor Relations Board (2005-2012); served as member of the Senate of Maryland from 1996 to 2003 and was County Executive for Anne Arundel County from 1990 to 1994. From 1988 to 1990 served as Chairman of the Maryland Commission on Drug and Alcohol Abuse; member Maryland Transportation Authority (1987-1990); and member Maryland House of Delegates from 1975 to 1987. He is a 1972 graduate from the University of Maryland University College; and served in the US Navy from 1967 to 1969. Mr. Neall is a lifelong resident of Anne Arundel County. He is married and has four adult children and 10 grandchildren.
