Raj Bajwa joined the foundation in 2026 as an Associate Director covering private investments. Prior to joining USMF Raj was with Capital One Ventures, the strategic investment arm of Capital One Bank, where he made direct and fund investments across the private markets across commerce, fintech, consumer, and enterprise tech. Prior to Capital One Raj was an investment associate with Temerity Capital Partners, a DC based single family office, where he was an investment generalist, executing direct investments across public and private markets, and even the purchase of a minor league baseball team. Early in his career Raj was technology consultant with Accenture, and patent examiner with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
A USM system graduate, Raj has a B.S. in Material Science and Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, and is a CFA charterholder.
