Kevin is the founder of KRY Properties, a real estate investment firm that focuses on commercial and residential rental properties. He was a vice president of T. Rowe Price, a global investment management company headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. As an investment analyst in the Asset Allocation Group at T. Rowe Price, Kevin worked closely with portfolio managers in managing over $200 billion in target-date and target-risk assets for institutional and retail clients.
Kevin attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), where he was a Meyerhoff Scholar. He graduated summa cum laude and received Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Financial Economics. Kevin also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Kevin has served as president of the UMBC Alumni Association Board of Directors, where he led a group of dedicated volunteers on alumni engagement and fundraising to support scholarships for UMBC students. As an avid listener and supporter of public radio, Kevin was also a member of the Community Advisory Board at WYPR, a public radio station serving the Baltimore metropolitan area.
