John J. Allen, Jr. is Vice President, Delmarva Power Region, of Pepco Holdings, Inc. He is responsible for building and maintaining community, business and government relationships in Central and Southern Delaware and on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Virginia. Allen is a 31-year veteran of the utility industry. He previously served as the manager of the utility’s Customer Care Call Center and Training and Performance Improvement organization.
Allen attended Lincoln University and Southwest Bible College and Seminary and holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Theology. He serves on the University of Maryland Eastern Shore Board of Visitors, its Business Executive Advisory Council, the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore and other community and nonprofit boards.
