Chris joined the Foundation in 2013 as a graduate student intern and then served as an Investment Associate conducting capital markets and macroeconomic research. In the spring of 2016, Chris moved into a new role as Senior Sustainability and Public Markets Investment Analyst. In this capacity, he sources new investments and monitors existing allocations for the Foundation’s diversified public market portfolio, designs overall public market investment strategy, recommends tactical shifts in asset allocation, and implements risk management parameters. Additionally, Chris oversees the Foundation’s sustainable (ESG) investment platform and pursues investment strategies that utilize ESG screening processes to provide enhanced risk-adjusted returns. Prior to joining the Foundation, Chris worked in business development for the nascent online learning division of John Wiley & Sons Publishers.
Chris graduated with honors from Middlebury College in 2007 and received an MBA with a focus on Finance from Georgetown University in 2014.
