People-pleasing can prevent us from building real, lasting, trusting relationships.
The value we bring to one another is much deeper than simply saying yes, but we so often say yes because we want to be helpful (invaluable, even), relevant, and seen.
We fear that we may disappoint someone, so we say YES.
In fact, saying no is often the most helpful full sentence we can say to someone.
When we maintain our boundaries despite possibly disappointing others, we’re rewarded with honest relationships that stand the test of time.
In this session, we will discover what we risk while we’re people pleasing, and how to show up authentically.

Let’s demystify the very human experience that is burnout.
We’ll identify some of the most common causes, strategies for supporting your journey to overcome burnout, and opportunities to support colleagues and friends experiencing burnout.
