Seamless Engagement of Alumni Across the University

March 29, 2021
1:00 pm – 2:15 pm

Alumni are significant, highly valued members of the University’s community. Many alumni wear a multitude of hats – ambassadors, storytellers, recruiters, volunteers, donors, and more. However, too often the engagement opportunities made available to alumni and the stewardship and cultivation of the University’s relationship with them is limited by our own internal silos and assumptions. Imagine the possibilities if engagement and relationship management of alumni could occur more seamlessly across Alumni Relations and Advancement. How do we shift both culture and systems to allow for that integration and what individual impact can each of us have in supporting those shifts?
