As the amount of screen time for most people continues to increase, having a clear digital communications strategy has become crucial to engaging your audiences. Almost everyone engages in social media on some level, online giving growth is outpacing other channels, and mobile phones have become indispensable tools. Are you maximizing these technologies, integrating storytelling strategies and other messaging effectively? Are you leveraging a variety of communications strategies in your efforts with donors, alumni, and volunteers? Join us for this session where we’ll explore how to engage and steward audiences using digital strategies, create opportunities to move beyond one-way communication to two-way engagement, and set realistic and measurable goals for social media and other digital strategies.
