Jenny has over 15 years of experience providing development operations support to nonprofits. She leads with a data-driven mindset and keeps innovation at the forefront of her strategy to help organizations take advantage of streamlined processes and cutting-edge technologies.
Jenny has a true passion for helping others and having a transformational impact on fundraising results. By organizing data, leveraging the best technology, and boosting operational processes, she clears the pathway to success. Serving as a mentor to countless individuals, Jenny thrives most by seeing others scale, grow, and develop to their fullest potential.
As a consultant, Jenny has worked with over 80 nonprofits and trained thousands of individuals to enhance their CRM utilization, leverage actionable data sets, and implement effective analytical solutions. Before becoming a consultant, Jenny oversaw development operations at Abington – Jefferson Health. And prior to Abington, she was an integral member of the development operations team at Fox Chase Cancer Center. Throughout the years, she has led teams consisting of prospect management, prospect research, gift processing, data management, data science, engineering, analytics, and business intelligence.
Doug Kleintop
Doug has over 20 years of professional fundraising experience. He has worked with various non-profit organizations to help develop and strengthen their individual giving programs with an emphasis on major giving. He has demonstrated success at higher educational institutions including West Chester University, Saint Joseph’s University, Bloomsburg University and is currently the Associate Vice President, Development at the University of Delaware.
Throughout Doug’s career, he has secured hundreds of major and planned gifts. He has been directly involved in fundraising campaigns that have raised collectively over $1B. Doug has extensive experience managing frontline fundraisers and enjoys training and coaching gift officers to help them reach their professional goals.
In addition to his strong background both as a frontline fundraiser as well as overseeing annual and major giving programs, he closely partnered with prospect management, prospect research and data analytics. Doug’s ability to understand both the front-end of a development organization along with development operations allows him to connect all areas of development in support of successful individual giving programs.
