Arthur S. Mehlman is a Retired Partner of KPMG, LLP. Mr. Mehlman joined KPMG’s Baltimore office upon his 1963 graduation from the University of Maryland College of Business and Management. In June 1991, he was named managing partner at KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Mehlman’s specialties included investment services and manufacturing. Mr. Mehlman retired from KPMG in June 2002.
