Robert Milkovich is responsible for commercial acquisitions and asset management for the Eastern Region of Archon Group LP. He has been based in Washington, DC since 1985 and has been involved in all aspects of commercial office in the greater Washington, DC area, Phoenix, Arizona, Salt Lake City, Utah, and Denver, Colorado. Milkovich was a managing Director with CarrAmerica Realty Corporation, overseeing portfolio assets and acquisition efforts in Washington DC, Denver, Salt Lake, and Phoenix. He served on CRE's operating and investment committees. The combined portfolio value was in excess of $900M and it included joint venture relationships. Prior to CarrAmerica Realty Corporation, Milkovich worked at the predecessors Oliver Carr Company. His career in commercial real estate started with Rubloff, Inc. and with Leggatt McCall, both in Washington, DC. Milkovich received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he was a scholarship athlete. He is a past president of the Real Estate Group in Washington, D.C. and currently a member of the Economic Club.
