USM Institutions Well Represented Among “Maryland’s Top 100 Women”

The Maryland Daily Record has published its 2009 list of “Maryland’s Top 100 Women”, which includes a number of faculty, employees, and friends of the USM:

Hemmerly, Executive Director, UMBC Research Park Corporation, Inc. and Special Assistant to the Vice President, UMBC; Diane E. Hoffman, Associate Dean for Academic Programs and Director of the Law and Health Care Program, UM School of Law; Jennie Hunter-Cevera, President, University of Maryland Biotechnology Institute; Karen S. In addition, University of Maryland graduating senior Jenna M. Aidikoff won the prestigious Maryland Top 100 Women Circle of Excellence Award. Aidikoff is a bioengineering major and is one of the first students to graduate with a minor in leadership studies from the College of Education.
