UMUC Hires VP for Institutional Advancement
Cathy Sweet-Windham has joined UMUC as vice president of institutional advancement. She has 18 years of management and fundraising experience, most recently as special assistant to the president for board and external relations at Gallaudet University. At Gallaudet, she served as executive director of institutional advancement, leading two capital campaigns that raised more than $70 million. Ms. Sweet-Windham earned a master’s degree in counseling from Gallaudet University and a bachelor’s degree in education from University of North Carolina.
