John J. Allen, Jr. is Vice President of Delmarva Power’s Bay Region. He is responsible for building and maintaining community, business and government relationships in Central and Southern Delaware and on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Virginia. Allen is a 27-year veteran of the utility industry. He previously served as the manager of the utility’s Customer Care Call Center in Carneys Point, N.J.
Allen also managed Training and Performance for the Conectiv Power Delivery. Allen attended Lincoln University and Southwest Bible College and Seminary and holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Theology. He serves on the University of Maryland Eastern Shore Business Executive Advisory Committee and on Salisbury University’s ShoreEnergy Steering Committee.
