J. Mitchell Neitzey, a Certified Financial Planner, is Executive Vice President and CFO of EFO Capital Management, Inc., a family office and investment consulting firm managing a $140MM diversified investment portfolio for fifth-generation founders of Proctor & Gamble. Mr. Neitzey’s responsibilities include administration of marketable securities and fixed income portfolios, venture capital investments, and real estate development activities. Prior to coming to EFO Capital Management in 1993, Mr. Neitzey was Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Federal Capital National Bank (1991 to 1993) and Vice President of National Bank of Washington (1981-1990).

Mr. Neitzey is a Director of Eagle Bank in Bethesda, Maryland, and a member of the Planning Advisory Board for the City of Bowie. Mr. Neitzey graduated with a BS in Business Management from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1980. He also pursued graduate studies in Finance at George Washington University and graduate studies in International Finance at Georgetown University.
