Chris Goodrich is the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of ManTech’s Mission, Cyber & Intelligence Solutions Group with ~$71M in annual revenue. Headquartered in Hanover, Maryland, his organization consists of 92+ professionals with an additional facility in Columbia, Maryland. Mr. Goodrich serves as MCTS’ focal point for NSA growth as well as responsibility for expansion into Fort Meade to include the United States Cyber Command and Defense Information Systems Agency. He is directly responsible to the MCTS President for the execution of the current 28 NSA and DISA contracts and customer satisfaction under the Cyber Business Unit.
Mr. Goodrich joined ManTech in November 2009 and immediately focused on the unification of ManTech’s approach to execution and growth of NSA business. In addition, he is currently involved in the development of strategic captures, conforming to Business Acquisition Processes, and M&A recommendations. He also provides strategic leadership and direction of major program capture.
During the last 26 years, Mr. Goodrich spent 18 years working for the National Security Agency. His positions were varied consisting of individual technical support, program management, and organizational leadership. He spent 7 years providing direct mission support in Australia and Japan. In 2001, Mr. Goodrich transitioned from the Government to private sector joining Northrop Grumman TASC. During his tenure at TASC, he supported the Intelligence Community holding program management, business development, and leadership positions in the areas of information technology engineering, development, integration, and deployment.
Mr. Goodrich received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Chaminade University and has completed graduate work from George Washington University in Computer Science. He is Certified DAWIA III in Program Management. Mr. Goodrich has also attended executive education programs at both University of Virginia Darden School, and at the Booth Center of the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Mr. Goodrich grew up in Honolulu, Hawaii and currently lives in Crownsville, Maryland. He has been married to his wife Laura for 25 years. They have two daughters and a son. He enjoys woodworking and is an avid sailor.
