With over 25 years of real estate experience, Creig Northrop has spent his career specializing in residential real estate throughout the Maryland and DC metro area. He is proud to be the President and CEO of a real estate team that is not only #1 in Maryland, but also #4 in the nation by volume according to Real Trends and The Wall Street Journal. He and his team strive to provide knowledge, professionalism, prompt follow-up and tailored, personal attention to each client.

Mr. Northrop holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Maryland, College Park and has received several distinguished awards over his real estate career including:

A life-long resident of Howard County, Mr. Northrop and his wife, Carla Nothrop, are committed to giving back to the communities in which they work, and they both lend their time to numerous charitable and community organizations. Mr. Northrop sits on the Board of Directors for the Howard Hospital Foundation as well as the Y of Central Maryland. He has also had the esteemed honor of acting auctioneer at various events throughout Maryland. Carla sits on the Board of Directors for the Howard County Chamber of Commerce as well as chairs the Claudia Mayer-Tina Broccolino Cancer Resource Center. They currently reside in Ellicott City and three of their four children, Kristin, William and Victoria work on the Creig Northrop Team. Their fourth child, Jake, is a student at the University of Kentucky.
