With over 26 years of insurance industry experience, Linda generates success for RCM&D and her clients, having gathered a unique purview of the business world along the way. Linda has been a dedicated member of the professional team at RCM&D for 16 years, advancing her role from Senior Vice President to Healthcare Risk Management and Claims Consultant into her current position of Executive Vice President - Managing Director of Healthcare, COO of SISCO, a subsidiary of RCM&D.

In her role at RCM&D, Linda manages brokerage and consulting staff for the healthcare department, which generates over one-third of the firm’s revenue. She provides consultative services to healthcare clients on claims, alternative risk financing, underwriting and risk management techniques. Activities in this position include captive insurance companies, conducting claim investigations, setting case reserves , providing educational programs, performing due diligence for acquisitions, and completing risk assessments. She has also developed a professional liability claims initiative and consultative claims services for RCM&D.

In addition, Linda is COO of SISCO (Self-Insured Services Company), where she manages this third-party insurance administrator. Her responsibilities include budgeting, managing liability claims, developing and implementing educational programs for clients and staff, and providing counsel and advice to clients on claims handling and risk reduction techniques. Additionally, she supervises professional liability claim staff and developed MMSEA services for SISCO.

During her tenure at RCM&D, Linda has been a sought-after speaker, contributing to world-class industry conferences on current insurance topics and industry trends. She has been a frequent guest lecturer at numerous colleges and universities on subjects such as cyber liability exposures and professional liability risk management. Additionally, leading industry journals have published her timely and informative articles.

Prior to joining RCM&D Linda held several executive positions, including risk management supervisor and claims consultant / risk management consultant at Princeton Insurance Company. Linda also held a teaching appointment at Johns Hopkins University in the School of Hygiene and Public Health, in the department of Health Policy and Management.

Linda earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland at College Park and a Master of Health Services Administration at George Washington University. She continued at the Insurance Institute of American where she received her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation.
